While we strive to keep everything in stock, it is not always
possible. If there are any items on your order that can't be shipped within 4 business days,
We will call or e-mail you with the expected ship date. Delivery time will
vary depending on your location.
Checking Your Order
Status
You can check the status of your order at any time. Make sure
you write down or print a copy of your order confirmation number that appears
at the end of your order. To check on the status of the order, just click on
Order Tracking which is located at the upper left corner of every page. Enter
your order number for the shipment and follow the simple instructions. If you are unable to locate your tracking number, simply call our toll free number 877-843-0770 between the hours of 8 A.M. through 7 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Saturday.
Shipping Weight
Please note - shipping prices are based on the dimension of the package, along with the weight. New shipping regulations require dimensional weight which results in some of our weights listing higher than the actual weight of the product.
