Canceling orders that have been processed
Cancelation Policy
Due to the increase in charges and bank fees to us from
the credit card companies that process transactions entered through our
on-line store, there is a $2.00 charge for any transaction that is canceled
after the order has been processed. We will refund your charge upon written
notification thru an email, or from a telephone call to our customer service,
as long as the item(s) ordered have not been shipped. Once the order has
shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges as well as a
re-stocking charge of 20% of any item returned with the exception of damaged
goods or incorrect merchandise.
