We firmly stand behind all products purchased from Birdbath and Beyond. If you receive an item that is damaged, we will gladly replace it free of charge or refund your money, as long as you notify us by e-mail within 15 days of shipment.
Please e-mail us at returns@birdbathandbeyond.com as soon as you have inspected your shipment. State the reason you would like to return the item. Leave a phone number where you can be reached during business hours and evening hours, and we will contact you within 24 - 48 hours. At that time, we will give you instructions on how to send back the item. Once we receive the item, we will send a replacement at no charge.
Any return of products that are free of damage or defects will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the person returning these items.
