Bird Baths
Being the good hosts that you are, you will want to roll out a clean welcome mat for your feathered friends. Be sure to keep your bird feeders and bird baths clean and healthy. You should change the water in the birdbath regularly or be sure to add products that will kill bacteria and eliminate fungus growth. Also, be sure to place the birdbath in an open area so the splashing birds won't be blindsided by predators. Moldy, wet and vermin-contaminated feed left in bird feeders can cause disease in the birds which in turn can be transmited to other animals.
